Oakleaf Partnership are working with growing professional services SME based just outside of Manchester as they add to their existing team by adding a Recruitment Advisor to their existing team of three.

As the Recruitment Advisor in this team your responsibilities will cover all permanent, contract and temporary recruitment requirements across all areas of the business split between their London and Manchester offices. This role will also work with Emerging Talent team on grad and apprenticeship hires as well as supporting on the internal promotion process and other HR initiatives. As the Recruitment Advisor your duties will include but will not be limited to;

  • Drafting and updating job descriptions, adverts for website, job boards and social media channels
  • Working with line managers to define interview questions and processes
  • Monitoring the recruitment inbox; answering and escalating queries
  • Process and reconcile invoices for recruitment costs
  • Undertake briefing meetings/ calls with hiring Partners/ managers
  • Screen and longlist applicants, as required by Partners/ managers
  • Provide interview support, where necessary (typically non-fee-earning roles)
  • Making verbal offers and sending offer letters
  • Ensure recruitment compliance checks have been completed (RTW etc)
  • Transferring offers to HR Operations for contract creation and onboarding
  • Relationship management of agency PSL
  • On-going review of PSL, ensuring adequate coverage of disciplines and locations

To be considered for this Recruitment Advisor role, you will need to demonstrate previous in house recruitment experience, you will also need to demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and communication skills along with focus on internal and external customer service.
