My client is a well-regarded, commercially focused accountancy firm. The firm has grown massively and are currently at a head count of around 900 with growth plans to continue to reach around 1000 by the end of year. Due to growth, they are recruiting for an ambitious People Adviser to join their operations team. You will be joining a collaborative, supportive team who thrives on personal development.
Your new role
In your new role as a People Adviser, you will provide first line support to all employee queries by taking ownership and responding to each inbox within people operations, including general queries, L&D and Reward. This role will report directly into the Head of People Operations and will support on ER related matters for the offices based within the North; Manchester, Harrogate, Inverness, and Edinburgh. You will also undertake involvement with the strategic side and work on some HR projects for firm wide initiatives. The successful candidate will have previous advisory experience working in a fast-paced role, supporting employees and senior mangers with ER related issues. This is a fantastic role for an ambitious individual who thrives on development and career progression.
