We have an urgent opportunity for a HR Project Manager on a contract basis working for a leading media & entertainment business. The role will be integral in implementing a new HR system. You will have exceptional project management skills combined with the ability to plan effectively and work to tight deadlines.

We are looking for an experienced HR Project manager with a strong background in HR systems migration and implementation. This position will be mainly responsible for the design and implementation of a new global HR system, migrating data from the incumbent system in the UK and supporting internal communications and training.
The People Project Manager role reports into the VP, People and Culture and will need to be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong stakeholder management in a startup environment is key.

Key Responsibilities:
● Project manage the global rollout of new HR and people management system, initially in the UK then to the rest of the world.
● Spearhead and drive the People Systems strategy across the UK, US and Europe regions, implementing efficient and digitalized best in class HR process.
● Drive and assist the People team in preparation of the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), change and implementation of new People systems such as HR Information and Self-Service.
● Help transform the current company systems and processes to efficient, consistent, and
● Digitalise and automate company wide processes that increase accountability, accuracy,
compliance and efficiency.
● Design end to end HR Administrative processes and map guidance for the business ensuring segregation of duties and reduction of risk impact.

To deliver this project, you will have:

Experience delivering large-scale complex projects, demonstrating excellent project/operational management, analytical and interpersonal skills.

● Demonstrable success in stakeholder management.
● HRIS design and implementation experience, preferably in a start-up environment.
● Experience rolling out a system across multiple geographies.
● Experience working with Workday, Oracle or SAP. Experience working with Bamboo HR is a bonus.
● Ability to speak Ukrainian is a plus point.
