We are delighted to be supporting one of brightest names in global financial services in their search for a Senior Reward Manager (SVP level). This newly created role will primarily support their Asset Management division with reward advisory advice as well as cyclical processes and M&A projects. Key duties will be to lead on all senior deferred compensation matters, particularly with regard to manage existing carried interest arrangements (real and phantom) including plan structure/rules, co-investment schemes, plan documents and communications, governance and approvals (across all locations) and partner with key stakeholders to design & implement new long-term incentive arrangements. You will provide strategic advice and guidance across a range of businesses including year-end remuneration processes, business hiring and corporate restructures/acquisitions as well as monitor peer market data, benchmarking and provide advice and guidance through use of data analysis, modelling and interpretation. The business is keen to meet reward experts who enjoy providing support in the preparation of papers and analysis for RemCo, lead reward-related change management projects including business acquisition and integration, support the preparation of reports & audits including managing leavers, transfers & new joiners. As a result, the business is looking to meet senior reward experts who enjoy the legal and tax side of compensation design, with experience of designing incentive plans for an Asset Manager or similar, either directly or via a law firm or consultancy. You will have a high level of attention to detail, accuracy and a strong interest in working with numerical data coupled with the ability to analyse and interpret data to inform decision making. You will maintain thorough, up-to-date knowledge of leading-edge reward practices in Asset Management, including Private Markets, prior experience of remuneration regulation within the financial services sector, experience with UK and European remuneration regulation developments would be advantageous.
