Your new role
You will be partner with your business group within the corporate office to understand the business performance, developing and implementing initiatives and interventions to enhance organisational effectiveness, employee engagement, retention, capability and potential. Proactively drive performance and lead the people agenda by providing a professional and comprehensive generalist HR business partnership support service covering the employee lifecycle, including employee relations, resourcing, compensation & benefits, and training & development. This is a great opportunity for a HR Advisor who is looking take the next step into more of a business partnering role.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have worked in a fast paced environment ideally within retail or hospitality Experience of influencing challenging stakeholders including VP's and Directors
