Temporary position for a 3 to 6 month contract, 18 hours a week. Fully remote for a Not for Profit in Scotland (ideally looking for you to be based in or between Edinburgh or Glasgow)

Description

  • The quarterly newsletter and Mailchimp mailing list distributed to around 800 of our members
  • Arranging meetings; events management; staff management
  • Dealing with our funders including applying for funding and reporting to our funders in their required template format
  • Work on our 3-year Plan with strategic priorities.
  • Familiar with MS Office, MS Teams and Zoom for board and other in-house meetings
  • Working from home.

Profile

  • Educated to degree level
  • Experienced working within small organisations in the field of third sector charities
  • Experienced in working with a board
  • Fundraising with particular experience in funding applications and performance reporting
  • The ability to be well organised
  • Good time management
  • Able to work alone while forming good working relationships with the Trustees, partners and our stakeholders are also essential requirements of the work.
