Your new role
Working in a UK standalone role as the HRBP with the central HR team based in China Provide efficient and effective HR services, including providing support to recruitment & selection, on/off-boarding process, performance management, benefits administration etc. Keep up to date on local employment law and best practice, implementing value added policies and initiatives that meet changing business needs Key HR interface with the Group HR department, ensuring efficient communication, data management and information sharing Roll out employee relations programs and engagement activities in order to maintain and promote company culture
What you need to succeed
- Mandarin speaking - essential
- Participate in any ad hoc HR tasks as required
- What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Comfortable operating at a distance from central HR function HR based in China
