HR Operations Specialist

Frazer Jones is now partnering with a global legal firm to source a HR Operations Specialist on a permanent basis. They offer the highest quality legal advice coupled with extraordinary, tailored service to deliver exceptional results to their clients.

As their HR Operations Specialist, you will support the efficient operation of the Firm's HR Business Unit, by effectively managing systems, data and information processes, with a concentration on data entry, data confidentiality and business processes relating to the data maintained within the Firm's HR system, PeopleSoft.

Duties will include:

• Train all international-office HR Data Entry staff on completing accurate and timely entries into the firm's HCM system, PeopleSoft, including re/hires, full life-cycle changes such as job title updates and promotions, compensation and bonus updates and a variety of benefit enrolments.
• Support major applications used by HR such as specific Recruiting and Payroll systems.
• Provide timely and meaningful, and accurate query output for requestors based on requirements provided
• Assist with monthly reporting, absence reporting and reconciliations as well as year end processes.

To be considered, you must have sound experience of working with HR systems. A Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred as well as excellent time management, organizational skills and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple highly detailed projects.

In return, you will receive up to £55,000 per annum with excellent benefits, flexible working, and career development/progression.
