Ambitious Junior HR Business Partner to join our growing Human Resources function. Based in the London office, you will deliver HR services

  • Develop an understanding of our business, performance metrics, and the teams you will be supporting, proactively creating value for our business unit leaders
  • Serve as a partner to managers and VPs, making data driven recommendations for improvements around performance, engagement, and retention
  • Advise and coach our managers on evaluating performance, developing and motivating their team members, and making decisions aligned to our talent philosophy
  • Manage operational talent processes including probation letters and review performance documentation for employee relations cases
  • Support HR Manager with under performance and employee relations issues with good judgement and discretion
  • Create and deliver HR training for managers in London, Hamburg and Dubai, coaching on local employment law legislation
  • Collaborate with the global HR team to roll out coordinated initiatives to help improve talent management processes
  • Build relationships and trust with leaders, managers, and individual contributors across the business
  • Maintain strict confidentiality at all times to ensure trust in the organisation and the Human Resources function
  • Take ownership of specific projects or initiatives as directed by the HR Manager


  • 4-6 years of experience working in Human Resources roles in a fast-paced, high pressured environment (experience in scale-up organisations, banking or consulting sector is ideal)
  • Bachelor's degree, with strong academic credentials and noteworthy extracurricular leadership. CIPD Level 5 is desirable for this role.
  • Experience supporting an HRBP with performance management processes and leading employee relations cases
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organised
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity and maturity
