We are excited to be working in partnership with a prestigious organisation as they embark on a change programme, and so are recruiting to a 12 month contract as Learning Design and Delivery Specialist to lead on a leadership development programme.

You will be a positive, proactive and creative organisational learning and development professional with excellent facilitation and interpersonal skills and experience of working with leaders and colleagues at all levels. We are seeking a collaborative team player who will bring their insight and experience to building organisational capability through various change projects to enable the delivery and sustainability of organisational change.

You will need to be flexible in your approach and enjoy a varied portfolio of work which will include the design, implementation and evaluation of learning solutions appropriate to meet organisational needs.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • The successful application of the learning cycle to each project, ensuring continuous reviewing of solution plans
  • Undertaking thorough learning needs analyses to develop a learning strategy with outcomes, and success measures to inform and generate implementation plans
  • Stakeholder collaboration and engagement across the organisation on a number of initiatives and projects
  • Developing and delivering blended formats including e-learning resources and the effective use of learning technologies.
  • Leading on assigned change projects

You will be an experienced L&D professional, and have experience of leading and delivering successful experiential and professional development provisions, facilitating organisational change. Ideally you will also have and accreditation to use one or more psychometric tools to support development and expertise in one or more of the following;
  • Coaching and mentoring
  • Equality and inclusion
  • Wellbeing
  • Talent management and career pathways
  • Organisational change
