For this position you'll be joining a global organisation that are going through an exciting period of growth and transformation. As the People Analytics Manager you'll lead the people analytics agenda for the business. You'll drive the strategy, looking at the tools, technology and process to ensure you can provide insightful and meaningful information from HR data to help drive the business forward.
You'll partner with global HR leaders and other key stakeholders to collect and analyse data with the support of a team of 3. The key requirement of the role will be to present insights through reporting and analytics, ensuring you can communicate a story and meaning behind the data to ensure a plan of action can be implemented. Key accountabilities include driving continual improvement on people analytics by leading on the strategy and roadmap. You will design and conduct complex quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify trends. You should develop project plans, lead special research projects and develop compelling data narratives. You will shape, build and deliver reports in Workday and oversee the global data integrity project.
To be considered for this role you must be an established People/HR Analytics Manager. You should have effective and clear presentation skills and the ability to create a story and meaning from data. You should be able to work to tight deadlines and operate well in an everchanging and demanding (but rewarding) environment). You should be highly analytical and come with sound reporting and stakeholder management skills. Attention to detail plus strong written and verbal communication skills are absolutely key and ideally you will have Workday reporting experience
