Morgan Philips are working with a company in Middlesex who are searching for a Global HR Business Partner to join them paying up to £100,000 pa plus great benefits and a hybrid working pattern.
The role of Global HR Business Partner will be supporting the Commercial function and Business Unit Leadership teams to achieve their business goals through providing HR strategies and initiatives across all areas including: resourcing, talent management & succession planning, organisational development, change management, projects, employee relations and compensation. You will also be instrumental in Global Business Systems projects which are currently underway so a strong background of running globally focused projects would be an advantage.
This role will be suitable for a senior strategic HR Business Partner who ideally has a background in Pharma or a similar regulated industry. You will have strong stakeholder skills gained form working closely with senior leadership teams, managing projects, change & transformation. This company are working through an exciting period of change at the moment and this role will be heavily involved with this too.
