Ashley Kate HR are recruiting for a brand new role, within a fantastic company, as part of the Shared Services HR team based in Brackley, Northamptonshire!
HR Shared Service Administrator
12 Month FTC
£21,000 - £23,000 DOE

Are you looking for a new challenge?
This role would suit a candidate with experience in HR Administration, and is also an excellent opportunity for a strong administrator wanting to kick start their HR career!

The HR Shared Service Administrator will deal with the full employee life cycle, providing administrative support to the different sites across the business.
The HR Shared  Service Administrator will join a supportive, and welcoming team, and will work within a fast paced and challenging work environment.
Main Responsibilities :
- Utilising the HR systems(s) to input data and maintain employee records
- Being a point of contact for employees for HR, payroll, and benefits queries
- Being responsible for creating new starter packs, employee contracts, and letter writing
- Sending reference requests
- Adhering to strict SLAs
The candidate :
Are you proficient in the use of Microsoft Office?
Do you have experience working within a fast paced and challenging work environment?
Do you have strong organisational skills and attention to detail?
Do you have strong interpersonal skills and are you able to build key relationships?
