I am supporting my global client in the search for an Interim Head of Reward to join on a 9-month contract basis. The position will be based in London and the firm operate a hybrid working approach. The Head of Reward will be tasked with working with the Remuneration Committee in leading the global total reward strategy.
The successful candidate will lead on various projects to include a full review of their pay, incentives and bonus arrangements across the business; make commercial proposals . You will need strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, will be technically sound and will have prior experience leading a global Reward strategy.
