Your new role
The Learning & Development Business Partner will play a pivotal role in developing Prospect's L&D strategy and the offering to its staff. You will use Prospect's current people plans as a springboard to identify learning & development needs and gaps within the organisation to develop learning plans that align with the organisation's broader strategies and goals. The role will also be responsible for developing succession plans, identifying mandatory training, and ensuring that all training within Prospect's L&D programme is inclusive to all its employees.

What you'll need to succeed

Prospect are seeking candidates with a public sector background, who have strong experience creating and implementing learning & development plans within a fast-paced HR team. Successful candidates will have excellent stakeholder management and have experience conducting continuous reviews of L&D data to ensure peak organisational performance.

Prospect currently operates a hybrid working framework involving a mix of working remotely and in the office. Employees will be able to agree working remotely two days per week, however will be required to attend the office on specific days for training or team meetings.
