HR Business Partner

I am partnering with a rapidly growing global investment management company; they are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner for their busy London location. This is an very exciting opportunity to be a part of a dynamic and diverse company that has a forward thinking approach and promotes a cooperative and enterprising working environment. As the HRBP you will be tasked with a variety of duties so no day will be the same. Your key responsibilities as the appointed HR Business Partner will be to partner with the business and assist with employee relations and other generalist HR tasks. You will also be taking part in exciting ad-hoc projects. As this is a global company you may also be tasked with assisting HR within other offices across the world.
As the successful HR Business Partner, you will have experience on a wide range of generalist HR responsibilities including Employee Relations, L&D, Payroll and Benefits, Recruitment and Project Management. You will have a clear and solution-based approach and be able to build relationships quickly. Acting as an undertanding and approachable advisor who can also influence change and outcomes to meet the business and people drivers.
- Fully CIPD qualified minimum level 5 or similar
- Experience providing complex HR advice ideally within Financial Services
- Strong knowledge of relevant HR policies and procedures
- Experience in executing change and successfully making a difference
- Knowledge of GDPR and legislation
- Experience with case management including disciplinary and grievance cases
