Job Details
We have a current opportunity for a People consultant to join a fantastic growing business based in Bath:
- 2 days a week from home- the rest will be on site (mainly at Monkton Farley, but it is a regional role- so this may change to travel round the South west
- 34000-39000 + car allowance 4.5k
- CIPD level 5 preferable
- Worked in corporate and SME
- Must have experience working in manufacturing companies, retail, couriers, hospitality.
- Business partnering with 1 Regional Manager (In the south west)
- Working in a team of two
- Must have a training and development background
- Traveling to Southampton, Monkton Farley, Tewkesbury, Stroud , Neston, Lawncerton
- Would like them to know that it has a T&D edge to it initially so therefore experience needed in this in addition to HR experience
