Are you looking for a new and exciting role?
Ashley Kate are pleased to be to be supporting an IT consultancy company based in London as they look to recruit a full time, permanent HR Administrator Manager. 
This is a great opportunity for someone with proven experience and in-depth knowledge of HR, looking for the next step in their career.
Salary will be up to £45k and comes with an attractive hybrid working pattern.
About the role
·This will be a busy role, managing a team of 3 - 2 x HR Administrators and a Payroll Assistant
·you will be expected to manage the HRIS (SAGE)
·Mange and quality assure processes across the full employee lifecycle
·Implement and review current and new processes and policies
·Offer support to the HRBPs

 About you
·Have proven experience of working within a fast-paced environment, demonstrating good organisational & administrative skills and attention to detail.
·MS proficient, with excellent MS Excel and data analysis/reporting skills.
·Familiarity working with cloud-based systems.
·Strong administration skills
·Accuracy and attention to detail
·Excellent communication skills
·Positive and proactive attitude
·Strong HR knowledge and understanding
·Proven managerial experience
·Strong leadership skills
·HRIS experience, SAGE would be advantageous
