Reward Analyst

  • Permanent

  • Location: Central London
  • Hybrid working (1-2 days per week in the office)

Oakleaf currently has a fantastic opportunity for a career driven reward compensation analyst to join an FTSE 100 business and global leader in its field. You will be joining an experienced team, reporting to the Group Reward Manager, and have an excellent opportunity to develop in this role.

The Reward Analyst responsibilities will include:

  • Perform job evaluation & grading using WTW
  • Analyse external and internal pay data to carry out salary benchmarking
  • Assist in the annual reward cycles - Salary and incentive reviews
  • Bonus calculations
  • Liaise with external vendors and submit data for salary surveys
  • Ad hoc reward reporting and analysis
  • Communicate relevant salary and bonus information to employees and stakeholders

What you must have:

  • Previous experience in a reward compensation analyst role would be desirable
  • Experience supporting in annual compensation processes
  • Knowledge of job evaluation grading systems (either WTW, Mercer, Radford, or Hays)
  • Strong understanding of Reward Compensation and the part it plays within an organisation
  • Analytical thinker and ability to work with large data sets
  • Strong excel skills
