Frazer Jones are seeking a Global Compensation Lead, to join a world-renowned global consultancy business based in the heart of London. This is a forward-thinking business, constantly changing and adapting to meet the demands of the market and deliver first class consultancy services to their clients.
As the Global Compensation Lead, you'll join their centre of excellence compensation team, reporting to the Global Compensation Manager. You'll work with colleagues in a collaborative team environment with a global remit and the support of an offshore team for data work. This role has plenty of senior stakeholder engagement across the global network of the business and as well as contributing to some cyclical compensation activities you'll also be involved in numerous strategic projects and initiatives. You will be an integral part of the team managing job evaluation, benchmarking and compensation structure design, which aid managerial decisions related to compensation programs across different business units. The role will include:
- Data modelling and analysis; presenting complex data sets in a consumable format
- Develop presentation materials to be delivered to stakeholders
- Assist in development of processes and frameworks
- Ensuring timely resolution of global compensation queries
- Develop reporting, analytics and dashboards
- Job evaluation activities
- Benchmarking activities
- Partner with Compensation Advisors and HR Partners to review, update and design salary ranges and structures
To be considered for this role you should be an established reward/compensation analyst working toward management level. You should be able to demonstrate an understanding of compensation activities such as job evaluations, benchmarking and cyclical processes. You should be comfortable working with data, be highly analytical and be able to present on analytics and deliver reporting and dashboards. You should have a continuous improvement mindset and be happy working in a fast-paced busy global matrix business.
