Diversity & Inclusion Consultant

Frazer Jones have partnered with a market leading organisation in Bath to help them recruit an Inclusion Diversity and Engagement Consultant on a permanent basis.

This role is vacant due to internal promotion and requires someone to support the diversity, inclusion and people strategies that will define the development and growth of the business whilst ensuring they are an inclusive employer.

Working with the Head of Inclusion, Diversity and Engagement this role will ensure the HR Teams and wider business are supported in nurturing an inclusive culture, progressing their action plans in order to meet their equity targets.

Responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the business in ensuring inclusion is appropriately communicated, and support inclusion in day-to-day activities
• Building and maintaining relationships with inclusion-related suppliers and advisors, with the intention of working together and continuously improving Employee Value Proposition
• Working with the Head of Inclusion to review policies and processes with an inclusion lens throughout the employee life cycle, ensuring they are fit for purpose
• Liaising with the HR Leadership Team and wider business in relation to employee survey.
• Supporting impactful internal communications for ED&I where needed.
• Identifying external trends and recognising best practice; managing communications and collateral around this to ensure the business is well appraised of all new legislation and best practice
• Creating collateral that highlights the organisations inclusion successes and share these with the business

Skills Required:

• Exposure to a Diversity & Inclusion role
• Solid experience within an administration or coordination role, ideally within a matrix organisation
• Well-rounded understanding and awareness of inclusion topics, in the workplace and wider community
• Experience in planning, developing and successfully delivering digital communications
• Excellent written, visualisation and verbal communication skills, and able to connect with a range of audiences
• Ability to effectively engage with and manage stakeholders at all levels
• InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar software skills
• Working knowledge of intermediate Excel functions (pivot tables, vlookups) and some confidence of using numerical data is advantageous
