Oakleaf Partnership are currently recruiting for a HR business partner on a FTC basis with an opportunity for a permanent role. Our client is a global leader in real estate services, focusing on clients and employers across the firm.

HR Business Partner:

  • £55,000 - £60,000
  • 12 Months FTC - Potential for perm
  • Hybrid
  • Central London

Key role responsibilities:

  • Lead on implementation of projects occasionally on a global scale
  • Provie HR updates to stakeholders and managers
  • Carry out involvement in firm wide people related projects
  • Carry out coordination and lead of TUPE activity
  • Carry out working closely with HR to identify and develop new programmes and practises
  • Work with the resourcing team to ensure delivery, track progress of vacancies and time to hire
  • Support the recruitment process with data gathering for approvals to hire, and interviewing with business leads
  • Building a success relationship and work closely with the business heads and managers to identity key resourcing needs
  • Carry out responsibilities relating to performance management and reward
  • Attend weekly HR BP meeting to discuss HR initiatives, developing people policies and processes in line with HR Strategies
  • Communicate HR activities, deliver activity and respond to business initiatives ensuring alignment and with HR Strategy

The person:

  • CIPD Qualified
  • Experience of working with matrix structure
  • Advance knowledge of excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Good knowledge of UK employment law - TUPE
  • An ability to provide support and deliver bid responses
  • Excellent communicator with a very high standard of written and spoken communication
  • Attention to detail
  • Highly motivated individual
  • Proven experience of successfully managing a team
