Job Details
Oakleaf Partnership are currently recruiting for a senior talent acquisition advisor within an international law firm. The firm operates on a 60/40 split of working in the office and working remotely. The firm's talent team ranges from 5 - 10 members and is a wider part of the HR team.
Salary: £42,000 - £50,000
Responsibilities
- Manage the end to end recruitment process for fee and non-fee earners
- Build relationships with partners and HRBP and build knowledge on a law firms recruitment needs
- Proactively source candidates directly using various sources
- Maintain effective relationships with key recruitment agencies to support on sourcing
- Ensuring that all recruitment activities and initiatives are aligned to the Firm's Diversity & Inclusion strategy
- Support the Talent Acquisition Manager on an ad-hoc basis on recruitment initiatives and projects
Person
- Hold previous experience in an agency or as a in-house recruiter - preferably in a professional services environment
- Have an understanding of using variety of candidate sourcing and headhunting methods
- Previous experience of implementing recruitment strategies
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A proactive professional manor at all times within the firm
