A great opportunity has come up for a Learning and Development Coordinator to work within this exciting business. This is a newly created role for a fast growing business that has nearly doubled in size during lockdown. The L&D Coordinator will assist with the coordination of the day-to-day operations of the People Learning and Development function and duties. The role includes scheduling and coordination of all learning sessions, administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) and general administrative support of the Learning and Development function.

Reporting into the Head of People and Talent and the Learning and Development Manager, the L&D Coordinator role is required to administer the day to day work of training sessions, Learning Inbox and LMS, and provide learning administrative support where needed.


Key Requirements:

*Scheduling and coordinating all learning sessions & external courses - e.g. liaise with speakers, send invites, manage registrations and queries and post session admin
*Assisting with the coordination of learning events & programmes
*Administrative support of the LMS - e.g. adding new employees, adding approved new & updated content and managing existing content
*Administrative support on L&D projects
*Monitoring completion of training & send reminders where needed
*Sending feedback forms, collate responses and send to trainers
*Managing the learning inbox & respond to queries
*General administrative learning support
*Preparing and publishing relevant L&D reports

Key Requirements:

*Experience of working in a similar role
*Preferable CIPD Qualification (Level 3) but not required
