The Opportunity

A charity education provider is currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner for 9 - 12 month Maternity Cover based in West London
This is hybrid working, will need Mondays and Wednesdays on site - Shepherds Bush
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9 - 17:30 with a one hour lunch break
You will gain exposure to many different aspects of the charity's strategy and operations and be accountable for the successful management of the full employee life cycle, including systems and processes as well as leading excellent client relationships across the organisation
Education sector experience preferred - (College, Secondary Schools, HE)
Key Activities
*Work closely with the wider People Operations team to ensure a smooth and effective end to end People service is provided to the Central teams
*Line manage the Central People Advisor
*Collaborate with the Head of People Operations to identifying gaps in efficiency and find ways for continuous improvement
*Provide guidance on people practices such as restructures and succession planning
*Act as a local point of people expertise providing input across a full range of HR areas delivering high impact solutions that meet the needs of the business
*Support your region on all key People processes, providing guidance, coaching and constructive challenge when appropriate
*Keep abreast of HR best practice, legislative changes and new developments to continuously develop and improve knowledge and skills

Person specification
CIPD Qualified
A strong track record as a Business Partner, including demonstrating strong experience of relationship management at a range of levels
Be able to inspire confidence through quality of technical HR skills and excellent stakeholder engagement
Be skilled in achieving results through influence and personal credibility
High attention to detail to improve and develop HR processes and procedures
Ability to work in a fast-paced HR function
UK experience essential
