We're currently recruiting for an HR Coordinator at an international retail company, located in Amsterdam.

Our client is looking for a qualified, driven HR Coordinator to provide administrative and recruiting support for the EMEA region. The HR Coordinator works closely with the HR Director, HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition, playing an important role in critical HR processes as well as ensuring a positive internal teammate and external candidate experience.

This role is perfect for a candidate who recently graduated in HR or has approx. 1 year of relevant working experience and is eager to start learning all about HR from an admin and system oriented persepective. You will start in a vibrant and ambitious environment which will encourage you to further advance professional growth in your HR career.

Your key tasks and responsibilities:
* Ensure all HR system changes are processed accurately and promptly
* Perform regular data audits, whilst developing processes and mitigation plans with various HR and business stakeholders to drive data accuracy
* Provide administrative support to recruitment processes such as creation of job requisitions, job postings, candidate correspondences, reference checks, pre-employment initiation and recruitment report preparation.
* Gather documentation for terminations and ensure that all documentation is returned to the appropriate specialist for timely processing
* Provide administrative support to HR Director and HR BP's including creating and maintaining organizational charts and reports as well as scheduling, coordination, and preparation for team meetings and events
* Coordinate travel arrangements for out-of-town interviews, including travel, hotel and any other special scheduling requests

Our ideal candidate:
* Approx. 1 year of relevant working experience
* Graduated in HRM
* Fluent in Dutch and English on a professional level (both non-negotiable)
