Your new role
To develop, maintain and continually review the Company's reward and benefits strategy across the European region, as well as providing a high-quality reward and benefits service within the UK in line with local legislation and the Company's HR Policies which supports the Company's business objectives.


What you'll need to succeed

• A minimum of 5 years' payroll experience including recent experience in using ADP, along with experience in carrying out salary reviews and surveys
• Experience dealing with pension scheme contributions
• Good knowledge of tax implications and legal compliance requirements of reward, including salary sacrifice schemes
• Experience in commercial environment
• Experience with pay grading schemes
• Experience creating and implementing Reward policies
• International experience
• Using Mercer for expat salary build-ups (desirable)
