The Role:

Our people are vital to the future of St Wilfrid’s Hospice and it is essential that we recruit and retain the very best individuals and offer a supportive, engaging, and rewarding working environment.

Our HR Team is expanding and as a result, we are looking to recruit a HR Advisor, initially on a 12-month fixed term contract.

As HR Advisor you will provide operational HR advice and guidance through the employee life cycle, with a primary focus on employee relations, management, engagement, recruitment related activity and performance improvement and data analysis to inform opportunities for more efficient ways of working.

You will build and develop effective relationships with managers, providing coaching when required, and will also manage, maintain, and update the HR policies and procedures.
