This is a newly created Talent Acquisition Manager role, which will support this SME in their growth plans.

Client Details

This business is small, but growing rapidly. With offices in both London and Paris, there are huge opportunities to build and growth your career.


The position of Talent Acquisition Manager will involve:

- Creating the TA function from scratch, will the full support of the co-founders

- Sourcing candidates across Tech, Sales and Marketing predominantly

- Defining and owning the recruitment process

- Creating and delivering the TA strategy for London & Paris

- Creating an exceptional candidate experience


The ideal candidate for the position of Talent Acquisition Manager will:

- Have a minimum of 3 years recruitment experience

- Come from an SME background

- Be confident in hiring across IT, Tech and commercial functions

- Thrive in a fast paced, energetic environment

- Ideally have created a TA function from scratch previously

- Fluent English is essential, ability to speak French is a bonus!

Job Offer

£50,000 - £55,000 + Comprehensive Package + Hybrid Working
