Description

As HR SSC, you will be responsible for;

  • Day to day management of HR administrators within the Shared Service Centre
  • Implement and improve processes and procedures
  • Ensure team are meeting KPIs and SLAs
  • Support with setting up new processes

Profile

The successful candidate will;

  • Have a proven track record working in a Shared Service Centre or HR Admin team
  • CIPD or QBE
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Line management experience
