You will manage a team of recruiters across Europe.
You will be instrumental in the development of the recruitment function.
Our client is a Global Financial Services Organisation.
They have locations across the UK and across an international geography.
They are looking for a candidate that can be based in their offices near Basingstoke Hampshire at least 2 days a week.
As Senior Recruitment Manager you will lead the Recruitment and Talent Acquisition team across Europe for an organisation in the Financial Services Sector.
You will be required to support, coach, motivate and train the recruiters in the team to achieve the best recruitment outcomes.
The successful candidate will also be involved in further improving the teams ability to hire directly.
You will liaise and present to the Senior Leadership team on the progress of the team.
You will need to be able to travel within the UK and internationally within Europe.
The successful candidate will already be in a Senior Recruitment Manager role or a Talent Acquisition Team manager role.
You must be able to demonstrate:
- Managing a talent acquisition team and recruiters to successful outcomes;
- Experience of managing recruiters over multiple locations, ideally across Europe.
- Experience of successfully recruiting at senior levels.
The ideal candidate will have recruited in the Financial Services sector, but our client will consider candidates from other sectors or organisations where they can demonstrate similar recruitment requirements.
You will ideally be based in the South East of England and be able to be at the client offices in the Basingstoke / Hampshire area.
You will join as the Senior Recruitment Manager and have the opportunity to work towards Associate Director.
You will be able to work remotely if you can attend the client offices in the Basingstoke / Hampshire area at least 2 days a week.
A salary of up to £73,000
