A faced paced and well-known Insurance Specialist firm are requiring a Learning and Development Analyst to join their busy HR Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a firm that are progressive and forward thinking and have built a culture where individuals are encouraged to develop and showcase their skills and personalities.

This is an exciting role to help the company build on their Learning and Development foundation to create new L&D initiatives, ensuring training is easily accessible to all levels from graduates to senior executives. This will be a stand-alone role, where you will have the opportunity to have major input on Learning and Development within the company, adding great value to the HR presence.

To be the successful Learning and Development Analyst, you will be highly organised and have a natural ability to build and develop strong relationships with a diverse calibre of stakeholders. You will be collaborative and have a clear passion and drive to identify and improve on the wider company's service as well as the development of individuals within the organisation. You will be ambitious and motivated with a solution based and positive mindset in order to be able to work independently.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and take ownership of the framework of learning solutions (office based and virtual) including Business and technical training, manager development, corporate and functional inductions, early careers/ graduate schemes / work experience, raising awareness of the 1:1 coaching clinic
  • Analyse training needs, identifying and producing solutions through internal and external training
  • Deliver L&D, supporting other HR specialisms including health & wellbeing, diversity & inclusion and performance management
  • Work closely with HR team members
  • Identify market trends including new suppliers ensuring the company is up to date
  • Collaborate with the internal stakeholders and well as external suppliers
  • Manage feedback mechanisms
  • Take ownership of the coordination of the company's professional qualification process, enhancing the current process. Supporting employees in their studies and leveraging with SMEs within the business


Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar L&D role resulting in change and development of the business
  • Profound knowledge of what enables a successful experience in the classroom as well as digitally
  • Experience of designing and delivering across a variety of learners using a diverse range of methods
  • Experience of collaborating with external partners to deliver training
  • Proven experience to work independently, prioritising work to meet business requirements
  • Exceptional IT and Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to organise and prioritise time efficiently
  • Exceptional knowledge of GDPR and other Compliance and Regulatory requirements
