Oakleaf Partnership is looking to actively engage and network with Learning and Development / L&D Managers / L&D Specialists. We have a growing presence in the HR market across the New York / Tri-State area so we are looking to network with the best Learning and Development professionals / Managers / VPs the area has to offer.

You will have outstanding experience in delivering excellence in:

  • Owning, developing and embedding a portfolio of learning solutions (in office / virtual / hybrid) that could include:
    • Business and technical training.
    • Corporate and functional inductions for new hires, coaching and mentoring across the business.
    • Management development and coaching.
  • Collaboration with internal & external stakeholders.
  • Analysis of training needs to identify training gaps.
  • Partnering HR specialisms such as employee engagement, health & wellbeing, diversity & inclusion, and performance management.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong proven L&D experience and knowledge resulting in excellent delivery, preferably in a professional or financial services environment.
  • Experience in designing, delivering, and facilitating L&D programs across a range of learners, using a variety of methods.
  • Advanced facilitation skills in the context of organisational learning programs.
  • Experience of working with and managing external development partners to deliver agreed content


  • 4-8 years' experience in a professional environment
  • Excellence in stakeholder skills
  • Great communication skills
  • Professional passion and drive to excel
  • Ability to work within a collaborative manner
