Senior ER Advisor

Your new company
Our NHS client is recruiting a Permanent Senior ER Advisor for the NHS in Sussex. You will be based at one of the locations in Brighton, Worthing on Chichester depending on what is better suited for you on a hybrid working basis with occasional travel. Reporting into the Head of ER, you will be joining a newly merged team of 20 other ER professionals.

Your new role
As a Senior ER Advisor you will provide a comprehensive, effective operational ER service to all divisions and professional ER advisor to all staff groups. You will be managing 6-10 case loads at any one time plus answering general day to day queries from the wider business.

Actively involved in all aspects of HR, including the following:

• Grievance, discipline and capability
• Health and wellbeing, including sickness management
• Informal resolution of concerns
• Job evaluation and grading
• Staff engagement
• Organisation change
• Trust HR policies and procedures
• Recruitment and retention.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role you must have experience within an Employee Relations role handling complex cases and working within a unionised environment.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of £32,306 - £39,027pa (NHS Band 6) plus 35 days holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays), blue light card, flexible working, NHS Pension Scheme and other staff benefit schemes.
