HR Generalist- 6 Month FTC

My client are an award winning B2B digital energy services company based in the heart of London. They are in search for a new HR Generalist to join their dynamic and collaborative team.
This role provides desirable, flexible hybrid home/office working, with huge potential to transition into a permanent role and the opportunity to grow your career.
You will work closely with the Chief People Officer to provide Generalist HR Support, Systems, process and data management. The role will oversee all HR activity, including training and recruitment requirements as well leading on HR Systems, data and process work as well as Employee Engagement.
HR Generalist Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Business partner support to support the business developing and rolling out people plans to support the business vision and strategy.
- HR Systems, process and data support and management.
- Monitoring and respond to HR mail-box queries - tracking trends and making improvements to processes and policies.
- Creation and distribution of offer letters contracts across different legal entities ensuring a slick on boarding process.
- Management of pay data processes and HR core data.
- Ability to deal with ER issues and support managers.
- Consult with line management and provide HR guidance.
- Analyse People-related trends and metrics.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
- Provide HR policy guidance.
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession ant talent planning.
- Identify training needs for teams and individuals and evaluate training programmes
- Suggest new People strategies relevant to the teams being supported.
HR Generalist Requirements:
- Degree level education is preferred
- CIPD qualified, Level 5 preferred
- Ability to successfully manage projects and deliver change in a fast-paced environment
