Employee Relations job based in Warwick
Your new company
You will be working for a large and prestigious company with sites all around the UK and Europe. They are currently in the process of changing their HR structure and are setting up a brand new HR shared Service team based in Warwick
Your new role
You will be responsible for providing HR advice across all of their businesses specifically focusing on employee relations and will be dealing with end to end casework. This will include everything from preparing letters and documents, updating the systems, coaching of managers on performance, disciplinary, capability, grievances and absence management.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a strong understanding of employment law and be able to handle complex ER cases working to tight deadline. You must be a strong communicator both to employees and management but also in written communication. Occasionally you will be required to travel to sites so a driving licence is essential.
