Oakleaf Partnership is actively looking to engage and network with Talent Acquisition specialists / TA Managers / Talent Partners. We have a growing presence in the HR market across the New York / Tri-State area so we are looking to network with the best Talent Acquisition professionals / Talent Acqusition Managers / Talent Acquisition VPs the area has to offer.


Diverse responsibilities including but not limited to:
* Managing entire lifecycle of recruitment process by partnering with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to deliver client-oriented recruitment services including:
* strategy for recruitment,
* management of business hiring plans,
* overseeing and facilitating interview processes (including interviewing candidates and structuring complex offer packages)
* Managing relationships with recruiters and head-hunters to ensure they are representing the business appropriately; negotiate competitive rates and nurture ongoing relationships

Qualifications:
* Solid and proven experience in recruiting.
* Proven experience managing senior candidates and leading/structuring complex offer negotiations
* Ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic, fast paced environment
* Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with all constituents - candidates, search firms and senior business /HR leaders in New York .
