Resourcing Partner- 6 Month FTC

My client are an award winning B2B digital energy services company based in the heart of London. They are in search for a new HR Generalist to join their team.

This role provides desirable, flexible hybrid home/office working, with huge potential to transition into a permanent role and the opportunity to grow your career.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the role of Resourcing Partner will be responsible for managing the end-to-end of recruitment of open roles.

Resourcing Partner Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with leaders to confirm vacancies, draft role profiles and creating job adverts.
  • Designing and agreeing selection processes with hiring managers.
  • Advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks (e.g. LinkedIn)
  • Design and implement employee referral programmes.
  • Screen CV's and applications, interviewing directly where appropriate and/or escalating via the agreed hiring stages i.e. telephone, first-round and second-round interviews.
  • Supporting in arranging of the relevant internal stakeholders meeting role candidates.
  • Update job descriptions (e.g. add tasks or modify requirements) keeping published openings up to date and relevant.
  • Answer candidate's queries regarding the application process.
  • Provide interview feedback, when necessary and appropriate.
  • Keeping candidates updated on hiring processes ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Negotiating offers and ensuring all paperwork is sent to prospective employees
  • Ensure the smooth on-boarding of new hires liaising as necessary with internal stakeholders.

Resourcing Partner Requirements:

  • Prior experience within HR and/or talent acquisition
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Strong communicator both verbally and written.
  • Ability to build relationships with & influence stakeholders
