Your new company
Our client are automation experts based in south Leicestershire and they are looking for an interim HR Advisor until the end of the year, with a possible extension, to assist the current HR professional with exciting expansion plans.
Your new role
Supporting the permanent HR manager and a small workforce of 50 employees your role will be a generalist role supporting on all areas from ER - absence management, disciplinaries, grievances, day to day HR queries and a main focus on recruitment. The company have 8 live vacancies to recruit for over the 6 months and your role would be to liaise with external agencies, assist in recruitment and on-boarding and new starters and inductions.
The client are able to offer flexible hybrid working with 3 days a week in the office (initially more for training) and can consider candidates on a full time or part time contract with flexible hours.
What you'll need to succeed
For this role the client are looking for an experienced HR Advisor with a good all-round generalist knowledge and ideally have experience working in smaller or SME organisations and any automation or manufacturing industry experience is desired. You will be competent in all ER areas and have a good up to date knowledge of employment law. You will also be competent and have extensive experience in recruitment including agency management, on-boarding, inductions and right to work checks.
