Senior OD Advisor

Ashley Kate HR are working with a well established business on a newly created Senior OD Advisor position.  Reporting to the Organisational Development Manager you will support Organisational Development by working collaboratively across the organisation to improve individual and business performance through the implementation of our People Strategy and key Reward, Engagement, Talent Management, Succession, L&D, Values & Behaviours and Health & Well being initiatives.
 
You must have a proven background at working in depth across a number of projects as you will be delivering and evaluating development initiatives that build organisational capability and enable internal talent management, succession and progression to deliver a growth culture for colleagues and to ensure the organisation has great talent to achieve its ambitions.
You will also be accountable for the delivery of a number of OD projects ranging from policy development; pay benefits and reward; employee relations; talent management; performance management; successions planning and health and well being,.     You will need to be able to own drafting policies and frameworks; costing proposals; including coaching and support to HRBPs  and be an  effective communicator who can lead training interventions and checking outcomes achieved through measuring impact in the  organisation and taking any appropriate steps if outcomes not being realised.
 
You will be involved in owning  the implementation of a an annual TNA process, ensuring outputs are actioned, courses developed and implemented to meet business needs.  As well as working closely with  the OD Manager on the  development and implementation of the organisations employee engagement strategy, analysing colleague data and feedback to support recommendations, new initiatives and bespoke engagement plans which are aligned with our organisational values and direction.  Another key project will be looking at organisational performance through the implementation and embedding of our performance framework and processes.
 
Senior OD Advisor - About you
 
Ideally Chartered CIPD Status (or equivalent)
Experience working in a OD role with senior managers
Experience of delivering initiatives across the business
Extensive experience in management development, program design, delivery and facilitation
Experience in using Psychometrics
Previous experience of coaching and mentoring managers
Experience of influencing and challenging stakeholders
Strong communication skills
