The client is an American software business.
Description
- Supporting the US HR team to set up the HR infrastructure in the UK from scratch
- End to end recruitment of sales staff, including on boarding
- Support setting up a new office
- Updating/amending policies and procedures
- Support setting up UK benefits and pensions etc
- Ensure full GDPR compliance
- All ER casework
- Support with Payroll processing
Profile
- Be CIPD qualified
- Proven track record at HR BP/HRM level
- Strong UK employment law knowledge
- Desirable to have worked with US HR teams before
- Experience setting up HR from scratch would be desirable
- Willing to travel to the US 2-3 times per year
