Hybrid Working

Frazer Jones are currently working with a global charitable foundation based in London. They are currently looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator on a permanent basis. This role would be paying £32,000 - £35,000 depending upon experience. This role will be hybrid working with 2 days in the office and 3 days at home. Please note that the office days are Tuesday and Wednesday.

The Role

This role will be sitting with the Talent team, and they are looking for the person to support with learning content and programmes across the company. This role will be pivotal in planning and managing the coordination and administration. You will work closely with all members of the Talent and People Team, leaders and subject matter experts across all functional teams and external training partners.


  • Liaise with business teams to identify the needs and requirements for mandatory and compliance learning content and programmes.
  • Build and maintain the schedule for all mandatory and compliance learning, including annual training, onboarding requirements and ad-hoc content based on policy or process revisions.
  • Create, embed, and maintain a seamless learner experience for all mandatory and compliance learning within the LMS
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of all mandatory training.
  • Provide reporting to People and business functions insight.
  • Design and operate governance processes to ensure compliance of learning completion and content.


  • Proven experience in creating and managing learning schedules with an LMS
  • Experience of working and influencing in a matrixed learning environment.
  • Proven ability to use data to provide analysis and insights.
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
