Finance Assistant / Permanent - full time / up to £25k. / Thame, Oxfordshire based.
Reporting into the Head Cashier and Finance manager, the role will be supporting the whole team to ensure the smooth and effective running of the department.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Contacting bank with queries and cheque cancellations.
- Issuing Cheques.
- Office administration.
- Processing banking transactions.
- Processing of bills.
We are looking for:
- Office administration experience - ideally gained with a legal environment but not essential.
- Accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
- Methodical approach to work.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient IT skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
