A fabulous opportunity has arisen for an HRBP at this diverse international financial services organisation. This will be a 12 month FTC with a potential for a perm opportunity afterwards. Working with a team of friendly and professional people, you will be working closely with the Head of HR to help manage the HR Operations and the delivery of HR strategic objectives. You will be assisting with developing, implementing and communicating HR policies and procedures that support with the attraction, retention and development of all employees.

  • Salary: paying £70000 to £75000
  • Potential for a permanent opportunity afterwards


  • Acting as a trusted advisor to the business, providing coaching, advise and solutions on all people related matters
  • Responsible for dealing with complex ER cases across a variety of areas including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence management and redundancies
  • Assisting in managing the L&D strategy
  • Helping to drive the alignment of between the HR strategy and business goals
  • Supporting managers with Talent Management and development
  • Participating in the implementation of specific projects and supporting with any change management processes
  • Continuously monitoring and reviewing HR policies and processes, implementing changes where necessary

Skills and Experience

  • You must have previous HR Business Partner experience gained within Financial Services or Professional Services
  • Demonstrate strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • Used to developing, managing and implementing HR strategies across a range of business areas
  • Strong understanding of employment law
  • Ability to work well in a team and under their own initiative
  • Understanding of both strategic and operational objectives
  • Excellent organisation, problem solving and analytical skills
