Recruitment Advisor

Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a global accountancy company as they look to recruit for a full - time, permanent Recruitment Advisor, based in London.
 
The salary for this role is up to £50k, with a flexible hybrid working pattern.
 
The key purpose of the role is to deliver an organised, efficient and professional recruitment service to the business.
 
Duties include: 
·End-to-end delivery of experienced hire recruitment across the business 
·Supporting the Senior Recruiter by head hunting directly for key business areas across the firm 
·Liaising with recruitment agencies
·Maintaining the recruitment portal 
·Full management of the candidate experience  
·Attending interviews and managing post interview feedback 
·Overseeing the offer stage to onboarding of new starters
·Providing regular updates on recruitment to key stakeholders 
·Creating engaging recruitment material to post both on social media channels
 
Looking for:
·An experienced recruiter
·Professional services, preferred
·Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role, either agency or in-house  
·Extensive experience head hunting from LinkedIn  
·Excellent administrative and organisational skills
·IT literate with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office 
·Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment 
·Professional and confident with a can-do attitude with the ability to forge professional relationships
