A highly reputable insurance company is looking for an interim Talent Acquisition Partner. They are looking for an experienced Recruiter to hit the ground running and deliver approx 20-25 open requisitions. You will be utilising your strong stakeholder management skills to recruit for a wide variety of roles. This is a true 360 recruiter role where you utilise your skills to attract top talent!
RATE: £400-500/day inside IR35
Skills and experience
- Previous inhouse recruitment experience either directly or from an RPO within insurance, financial services or a corporate commercial company
- Passionate about recruitment with strong delivery skills and a positive 'can do' attitude
- Good understanding of attraction strategies
- Demonstrate commercial awareness and the ability to think strategically beyond the daily BAU requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and effective influencing skills
