As a result, the firm is looking for a HR Manager to join its leading practice group reporting into a Senior HR Manager.
A fully generalist role covering all aspects of the employee life cycle, working with your immediate team and leveraging off your colleagues within the specialist functions.
This is a fast paced and high touch environment where your stakeholder relationships are paramount. You will be seen as a trusted advisor and work collaboratively to drive the people agenda into your practice group in a seamless and commercial way.
The firm is looking to meet with candidates already operating at HR Manager level, looking for a fresh challenge. You will have a solid generalist background, ideally from professional services and worked in a relatively sizable organisation.
