Client Details
The client is a large international business based near Coventry
Description
As Reward Specialist, you will be responsible for;
- Subject matter expert on all reward activity
- Evaluate and implement new staff benefits programme
- Support the maintenance of Job Evaluation and other Framework associated processes
- Redefine existing and new processes to ensure accurate delivery of reward programmes
- Stakeholder management
- Liaise with international teams on all aspects of Reward
Profile
The successful candidate will;
- Have solid and well rounded reward background
- MUST have International Reward experience
- Job Evaluation trained
- Able to commute to Coventry 2-3 days per week
