6 month FTC with view to go perm, HR Generalist with L&D Projects!

Your new company
Due to exponential growth this business has created a role to sit in their HR team supporting with L&D projects. The main purpose of this job is to drive a skills audit, skills gap analysis and draft learning and training plans to address gaps. Provide support to the HR team with generalist HR matters, ranging from succession planning to performance management and policy writing. This is an exciting 6 month FTC with a view to go permanent. Your new role

  • Work collaboratively with HR teams to create a process to identify skills required across the business, skill gaps and create an implementation plan to mitigate gaps including training and learning and development.
  • Support the L&D lead in sourcing content for courses/learning and /or procuring learning opportunities. Identify system/service improvements to enhance or support processes in order to increase efficiencies and reduce business impact.
  • Assists in the creation of communication materials and presentations to support analysis, implementation of programs, or for process updates.
  • Support the HR lead in developing and or executing plans such as succession and the creation of a talent bench.
  • Support the HR lead with HR matters as and when required such as reporting on data, policy writing, performance issues etc.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous generalist HR and L&D experience or background.
  • Experience working with a diverse set of stakeholders.
  • Creating process to analyse skills requirements, skill gaps and learning to bridge gaps.
  • Procurement of L&D content Succession planning and learning to enable execution of plans.


What you'll get in return
Flexible working options available. 40 hour a week but hours can be done at your discretion. Remote working. 25 days holiday + bank. 5% bonus paid in December. 4% pension match.
