HR Generalist

An innovative Financial Services company which is investing in the future is looking for an interim HRBP on a 12 month FTC. They are looking for a trusted advisor who is passionate about making a difference. You will get involved in delivering people plans and managing your stakeholders in a diverse and varied role. Salary: £60000 to £65000

10 month FTC

Accountabilities include:

• Responsible for the full employee lifecycle
• Implementing HR policies and procedures ensuring overall business objectives are met
• Acting as a trusted advisor and supporting, coaching, advising and influencing the business to increase engagement and performance
• Assisting with ER cases including disciplinary, grievance, sickness, absence, restructuring/redundancies etc
• Overseeing the annual performance and reward process
• Supporting with relevant legislative and regulatory requirements
• Preparing MI reports, providing analysis and insights as required

Skills & Experience

• To apply you must have HRBP experience within Financial Services or Professional Services
• Demonstrate strong commercial awareness, business intelligence and adaptability
• Demonstrate strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills a
• Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to influence different business areas and management levels
• A motivated self-starter with the ability to adapt to different business needs
